ADC has longtime experience in the development of rotor blades for wind energy converters up to 6 MW.

Incipient with airfoil selection, aerodynamic optimization and performance calculations up to the structural design and preparation of stress analysis and certification documents ADC covers the full range of blade development process. We worked in this area for various WTG manufacturers (i. e. ENERCON E40, E66/70, E112, REpower RE40.0)

Mould DesignFor the manufacturing of the rotor blades we supply design drawings as well as 3D-CAE-data for the production of master plugs and moulds. For this state of the art CAE-Systems are available (PRO/E)
